- Description
- My Client is a reputable major supplier to the healthcare, technology and industrial markets. This is a temporary role working 25 hours per week. We are looking for a professional Bilingual German / English highly skilled credit controller to work with a small remote team. This role is to start ASAP and is due to a high volume of work, looking at up to 12 weeks.
Essential skills:- At least 5 years credit control experience
- Strong Customer skills
- Confident and resilient
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent Microsoft Office
- Excel SAP and advantage but not essential
- A good understanding of debt recovery
Job Description- To assist in managing the recovery of invoices
- To chase unpaid direct debits on all companies
- Contact debtors with outstanding balances
- Assist in producing regular reports and summaries of the debt position
- To provide and analyse Aged Debtors Report
- To assist the Senior Credit Controller in other Ad hoc duties
