Description
Working in a small sales team, you will be responsible for management of the B2B sales pipeline and optimising OEM.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Sales team
  • Lead the development of new B2B business opportunities
  • OEMs
  • Market research for new B2B opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure that marketing attracts B2B customers
  • Work cross functionally within Commercial, and with Operations and Engineering to deliver for customers

Strategic planning
  • Document and communicate strategic plans for OEMs and Resellers
  • Reporting
  • Shipment timeliness
  • Engineering issues
  • Operational issues
  • Produce and continuously improve demand forecast for B2B to Purchasing Manager
  • As OEM manager, maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Onboard new OEMs
  • Responsible for providing key customer insights
  • Numerical stock demand

Strategic direction
  • Produce and continuously improve data for input to demand review, including key Sales KPIs from the wider Sales team
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Skills required
  • Proven experience in successfully managing/leading a sales team
  • Proven team leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Strategic Planning perspective and a flexible approach
  • Resilience to change
  • Excellent value-based selling skills
  • Internal relationship building - cross department
