- Working in a small sales team, you will be responsible for management of the B2B sales pipeline and optimising OEM.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Sales team- Lead the development of new B2B business opportunities
- OEMs
- Market research for new B2B opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure that marketing attracts B2B customers
- Work cross functionally within Commercial, and with Operations and Engineering to deliver for customers
Strategic planning- Document and communicate strategic plans for OEMs and Resellers
- Reporting
- Shipment timeliness
- Engineering issues
- Operational issues
- Produce and continuously improve demand forecast for B2B to Purchasing Manager
- As OEM manager, maintain relationships with existing customers
- Onboard new OEMs
- Responsible for providing key customer insights
- Numerical stock demand
Strategic direction- Produce and continuously improve data for input to demand review, including key Sales KPIs from the wider Sales team
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Skills required- Proven experience in successfully managing/leading a sales team
- Proven team leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Strategic Planning perspective and a flexible approach
- Resilience to change
- Excellent value-based selling skills
- Internal relationship building - cross department
