- Description
- Technical Support Advisor required for a Software company based in Oxfordshire. If you are interested in everything IT and technical based this could be the right role for you.
As the Technical Advisor you will be responsible for:- Providing technical support
- Upgrading and diagnostic fault finding
- Liaising with clients on and off-site
- Software testing
- Writing data-based documentation to be delivered to clients and other staff members
Skills and experience required:- SQL Server
- Support desk experience
- Technical reporting tools
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
