- Description
Experienced Paralegal/Legal Secretary required for a leading firm based in the Oxfordshire area. My client a leading law firm, are currently seeking an experience secretary/legal assistant to their growing teams, to assist the conveyancing department.
You will be responsible for:- Reviewing and drafting legal papers
- Creating and maintaining case files
- Conducting relevant client checks and ensuring documentation is up to date and complies with all relevant legislation
- Dealing with client queries and updating the company database regularly
- Registering client applications
- Preparing invoices
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting other members of the team when required
Skills and Experience required:- Legal secretary or paralegal background
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience
